We do not accept any false information for any of the items on the registration application. Also, if any changes occur in the registered information (e-mail address, etc.), the change procedure defined by Our company must be taken immediately. All members assume the responsibility of managing their Membership No. and Password. Transfer, change of name, and selling of Membership No. and Passwords is strictly prohibited. 7. Deletion of Membership No. and Password
   When the official membership qualification of Our company is deleted for some reason, the Membership No. and Password belonging to the member will also be deleted automatically. When any of the following items is applicable, Our company shall be able to delete the Membership No. and Password irrespective of the member’s acceptance.

   • When the Membership No. and Password is used improperly
   • When Our company determines that the membership qualification must be deleted

In the e-mail exchange between the user/official members and Our company, Our company assumes no responsibility for disadvantages and damages which occur to the concerned parties.
9. Governing Laws and Court of Jurisdiction
   Interpretation and application of the Websites and Terms of Use shall be based on the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first trial for any disputes which arise regarding the Websites, unless otherwise specified.
